Returns & Exchanges
MUJI Australia is committed to providing high-quality products; however, if you change your mind, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase provided items are in original condition. Please note that certain items such as innerwear, mattresses, and sale products are excluded for hygiene and clearance reasons.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags attached. Check your receipt or tax invoice to confirm the purchase was made within the last 30 days.
- 2.Choose Return Method
You may return your items to any physical MUJI store across Australia for an immediate exchange or refund, or contact our customer service team to initiate a return via post.
- 3.Package Your Items
If returning by mail, securely pack the products and include a copy of your original tax invoice or order confirmation to ensure our team can identify your transaction.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
